- Secure photographs of all accident locations and mount photographs with caption for client review
- Obtain all official reports including but not limited police, fire, and state agencies
- Claims assistance investigation including ISO searches, Social Media, Criminal, Civil court and Department of Motor vehicles searches
- Locate insured and witnesses for case cooperation
Trial Preparation
- On-Site file review for Trial Preparation
- Prepare & Serve all forms of Subpoenas
- Locate and prepare insured(s) / witnesses(es) for trial
- Coordinate availability & Testimony fee of experts and physicians
- Conduct criminal, Civil, Department of Motor Vehicle, Social Media and ISO/CIB searches
- Copying court records for client review
Process Service
- Purchase Index Numbers & File Summons & Complaints
- Serve court papers on individuals & businesses
- Service available through the New York Secretary of State
- File all court papers with all county court Clerks
